jupiter is a terrific product and the factory support is very professional.

The customer service I received from Spacetouch is truly unmatched. They were professional and responded quickly to my issue. When I sent my device in, they kept in contact and I had my device replaced within 5 days. I am so incredibly happy with my device and with the level of service that comes with it.
