I had purchased the Jupiter in 2019. I loved the way it was keeping my wrinkles at bay and my skin tighter. Unfortunately it stopped taking a charge in 2024. I contacted customer service and hoped I could get it working again. After many emails, and sending the device back to Spacetouch, they sent me a brand new device. Very impressive customer service kept me posted the whole way even through the holidays. I highly recommend the products . Invest in yourself. These products are excellent.

Bought my Jupiter several years ago. Recently the blue side quit working so I contacted customer service hoping for the best & expecting the worst. I was so pleasantly surprised when they first offered solutions & when those didn't work they told me to send it back. This was just before Christmas & a new one arrived just before New Years. I love a company that offers a lifetime guarantee & absolutely no tassels when service is needed. Kiddos to the company & their great service department.
