I am writing to commend your concierge, Tonette, for the exceptional service she provided on August 12, 2025. I have been using Jupiter since 2021 and am satisfied with the product. However, my device suddenly stopped charging or the press button stopped working. I contacted the SpaceTouch concierge, Tonette, and explained my concern with my device. After several email exchanges, my issue was satisfactorily resolved. I was impressed by Tonette’s timely response and understanding of my concern. She also proactively followed up to ensure her availability to respond to my concerns. The SpaceTouch culture of great customer service and belief in their products is commendable. I really enjoy the red and blue light reviver! When I first saw this at a conference, as a doctor, I can't help but be highly skeptical. The representative Matthew was very helpful and demonstrated the product to me. What surprised me was when he used the red light reviver on my knee, my knee pain went away temporarily! I have always struggled with right knee pain due to surgery and frequent HIIT and weightlifting. I was astonished! I decided to give the product a try. I have been using the reviver for about 1 month now, and I definitely notice less acne, smoother skin, and a more even skin tone. I also use the reviver when I experience knee pain due to working out, and honestly, I have not had to use it much on my knee anymore! My boyfriend was flabbergasted when he learned how much money I spent on the product, but when I used the reviver on his aching wrist due to carpal tunnel and his wrist pain went away, he praised me for investing in such an awesome product. Since then, I have recommended the product to family and friends. It is definitely an investment, but it truly works if you are willing to be consistent about it!
