This is an excellent app. We saved 50 dollars on parking because the building parking was expensive. I will continue to use this app for my parking needs.

Absolute disaster. Marie hasn’t been responding to any requests, no payments are made, it’s been weeks since Marie hasn’t responded. STAY AWAY!!

We're really sorry to hear about your recent experience, Halil — it’s definitely not the level of service we want to deliver. We understand how frustrating it is to wait on responses and payments with no updates. We’re looking into what happened with Marie and will make sure this is followed up properly. Your feedback is incredibly important, and we’d love the chance to turn this around. Thanks again for reaching out, and sorry again for the inconvenience!

This company bought out Stow It which we LOVED for allowing parking on our property of campers etc. Spacer has been one problem after another, especially the last 3 months. We don’t receive payments, endless online chats with the promise of a follow up that used to happen but in the last few weeks never. We are currently owed for four parking clients and I am beyond frustrated. Run, don’t walk from this company. One of our former customers warned us the software they use is horrible…seems to be coming true. We have had two more clients cancel because they were being billed too much etc…I wish I still could use Stow It!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustrations you've had since the transition from Stow It to Spacer. This isn’t the experience we aim to deliver, and I completely understand how concerning it is—especially when it involves delayed payments and communication breakdowns. I want to personally ensure your situation is reviewed and addressed as a priority. Your feedback about the software and support experience is being escalated to our internal teams. While we’ve been working on improvements behind the scenes, it’s clear from your experience that we’ve fallen short, and we want to make this right. Thank you again for your honesty and patience—we value your partnership and are committed to resolving this.

This is an excellent app to discover and lease parking spaces (especially in busy urban cities). Overall, the web app and customer service has been solid. However, I have experienced billing frequency issues in the past. That said, Marie from Spacer's customer service team has helped me resolve billing charges and explain the root cause issues. For this reason, I still trust Spacer to meet my parking needs. Would recommend this solution to others!

Thanks for the great feedback, Adi! We're glad Marie was able to assist and that you're continuing to trust Spacer despite the earlier billing issue. Your support and recommendation mean a lot to us!

A time-wasting disaster. I don’t know what happened to this company. Its web site doesn’t really work, they don’t answer their customer service line and they invite customers to leave messages that no one answers. UPDATE: Even when they returned my calls and emails and tried to fix the problem their own employees could not. In other words, their system is so broken even they can’t fix it. They did have the temerity to add to my review (below) that the problem had been resolved. That’s just a LIE. A falsehood. I would never do business with this company and I would never do business with any company that operates in a similar fashion. This has been astonishing from beginning to end.
