0/5 stars - Spacer got my car ticketed and towed
I used this service for long-term parking and it ended with my car being ticked and towed. The spacer customer service team (Maria) was completely unhelpful and I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars for their inconvenience. I tried following up directly to the contact information for that spot they gave me but he completely ghosted me after I parked there. 0/5 stars would never use or recommend to anyone

Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. Marie hasn’t been responding to any requests, no payments are made, it’s been weeks since Marie hasn’t responded. STAY AWAY!!

Endless problems with billing and payments 😡
This company bought out Stow It which we LOVED for allowing parking on our property of campers etc. Spacer has been one problem after another, especially the last 3 months. We don’t receive payments, endless online chats with the promise of a follow up that used to happen but in the last few weeks never. We are currently owed for four parking clients and I am beyond frustrated. Run, don’t walk from this company. One of our former customers warned us the software they use is horrible…seems to be coming true. We have had two more clients cancel because they were being billed too much etc…I wish I still could use Stow It!

A time-wasting disaster and now they lie about resolving it
A time-wasting disaster. I don’t know what happened to this company. Its web site doesn’t really work, they don’t answer their customer service line and they invite customers to leave messages that no one answers. UPDATE: Even when they returned my calls and emails and tried to fix the problem their own employees could not. In other words, their system is so broken even they can’t fix it. They did have the temerity to add to my review (below) that the problem had been resolved. That’s just a LIE. A falsehood. I would never do business with this company and I would never do business with any company that operates in a similar fashion. This has been astonishing from beginning to end.

What went wrong? Oh just everything.
The better question would be what went right, which is nothing. They rented a space that wasn't available, and we didn't find out until 4 days into our rental period.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Don't do any customer service. Feels like one man show. Chancelled service. They still keep charging me.

This isn't even a business
This isn't even a business. It's a scam. I didn't even put in my address or sign up for leading my spot and somehow they were trying to sell my monthly lease for $0.00, texted me, emailed me and called me without consent to accept the dumbest deal I ever heard in my life. Rent out my car space for free. What's next, live in my home for free but I have to leave?

Customer Service is Terrible (Marie)
The customer service from the listing/booking side of Spacer has been horrendous. Marie is also not very helpful and defensive while not listening to simple questions posed. Still awaiting answers and money/payouts that are due. Spacer does not abide by their own terms and conditions posted. Beware! You will lose money working with Spacer.
