Engraving could be bigger and clasp could be easier to do alone

I had made a silly error on my part (not putting in two names), and SOYER sent me my order with no extra charge and without having to return the first order. Very thankful and pleased.

I purchased a bracelet for my husband with our daughter’s name on for Father’s Day. There was initially was some trouble but I was able to speak with customer service and get it sorted out they were incredibly helpful.Would recommend purchasing and look forward to adding more names in the future.

The bracelet is really nice and good quality. It’s the second one I’ve ordered. Unfortunately, this one has names written off center. I wish a more attention to detail especially given that the names are the entire focal point of this jewelery.

Purchased a bracelet and the band broke. When I wrote the company to fix it they said they would send the bands to fix it myself. But that I would have to pay for shipping. I went in to pay for shipping and it charged an additional shipping cost on top of the shipping. I wrote the company about it and they never responded. Poor customer service and cheap jewelry. DO NOT ORDER

The links are cheap. I thought There would be some weight to the bracelet. Not good quality.

Ordered my bracelet for my husband to come Valentine’s Day and the order was shipped, but an error on their part made it return to sender. Contacted the company several times to get an answer to what happened and see if they can send me a new one. I didn’t think this place was a scam, but I guess it is. I hope someone contacts me soon about my order!

False advertisement about what you see online vs what you get in the mail. When I bought up the difference in photos in person and in their website, they responded "The picture is for illustration purposes only" which means you will not receive what you see in the pictures. Unbelievable.
