Dear Sowears Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding my recent order. While I appreciated that your customer service team was patient and helpful during the initial ordering process, the items I received were of extremely poor quality. One of the items has an extremely bad odor. The clothing does not reflect what was advertised on your website, which is particularly frustrating given that I spent $100 on this purchase. I believe your brand has the potential to be successful if the quality of the garments is improved to match the presentation. However, based on this experience, I will not be shopping with you again in the future.
