I ordered twice from Sowears and both times I received a defective dress. Upon reaching out and multiple calls and picture/videos request, they offered 30% back as that would be enough to have the dress repaid in the UK. The customer service is terrible. Never buying again from them until they introduce a refund policy

I honestly question whether the positive reviews are genuine. I ordered several dresses based on the good reviews but the quality was terrible. The material is extremely thin, see through and easily tearable, with no lining at all. When I returned the items, they deducted money from my refund claiming there was a strong scent. Wallahi, I only tried them on for sizing and never wore them. Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. I do not recommend this website.

I’ve tried to give this brand a few chances but save your money. Definitely avoid the cotton line it’s horrible and everything looks like a nightie!!! After first and only time washing two of the dresses I ordered looked 100 years old. Wanted to love this brand but just bad quality.
