I needed a dress asap for a friends bridal shower and found the perfect one on Sowears. I requested a faster shipping method and Shaqran and Syed Wajahat were super helpful in making this happen for me. We were able to sort out a way for me to have express shipping to the UK, my dress came in time, it’s such amazing quality! Communication was great, and I truly appreciate the Sowears team making this happen for me. This was my third time ordering and it definitely won’t be the last. Thanks so much! 💗💗

I made three large orders from them after being impressed by their Instagram advertisements and thinking their clothes looked cute. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered the Vela Long Beige Coat, and the button placement on the left sleeve is incorrect. I provided pictures to customer service, and they agreed that the item is defective. According to their own policy, defective items are eligible for a 100% refund. I have been waiting to return the defective coat and receive my refund, but instead, they are refusing to honour their own policy and are asking me to fix the button myself in exchange for a 15% discount—which I declined. It’s extremely disappointing that they will not honour their own defective-item policy, especially after acknowledging that the coat is defective. I’ve also noticed that negative reviews/comments on their Instagram pages appear to be deleted, which makes it difficult for customers to see honest feedback about other people’s experiences. I will be posting a detailed review on Reddit, including screenshots of my communication with customer service, so others can make an informed decision before ordering. I also want to mention that, based on my experience, the quality of their dresses is poor and definitely not worth the price.

Usually nice material and modest dresses sizing sometimes not perfect

Ordered a brown co ord set. It was sewn beautifully. The quality was very good and customer service excellent. Would definitely order from there again.
