This is the worst company ever. We booked a trip through them. Flight was delayed. By the time we got to the hotel (that was prepaid) they had given away our room and refused to refund us. Spent 4 hours on the phone with SW Vacations (no english speaking employees) and they said too bad. While we were dealing with delays we should have called the hotel to let them know we were delayed. Due to being 6 hours later we were out a hotel stay and had to take three flights just to get to our destination. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband is an A list member and we will be taking our business elsewhere!

SW Vacations Inc is not affiliated with SW Airlines. They sent me my flight and hotel confirmations for a Las Vegas trip. However the hotel has no record of SWV making my reservations! I am in the 3 week of dealing with SWV and hotel is still not resolved and now I am going to check my flight reservation .. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

i booked a vacation with them phx to vegas one overnight airfare and shuttle. i cancelled a month before travel and got my airline ticket credit but they said i didnt buy the travel insurance so i dont get my hotel and shuttle reimbursed i told them in email to send me the documentation of my booking that stated no refund policy and they never responded to my multiple emails . i could have booked the hotel for same price with cancellation included its so horrible how they handle their business practice . dont use them ever

I really would like to leave no stars. Southwest Vacations has no relation to Southwest Airlines although they imply they do. They owe me a refund but despite hours on the phone they are unable to resolve the issue despite Southwest Airlines confirming they sent it to Southwest Vacations. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they disconnect me

Southwest Vacations uses an antiquated business model. It was cumbersome and hard to follow. I ended up losing $1000 in 24 hours and have some non transferable airline credit to show for it.

NO english speaking Customer Service folks and terrible attitude. Will never get back to email inquiries.
