My friend and are triting to celebrated his birthday on the 24 of octuber in the following week we decided to buy the package of flight plus hotel from punta Cana Dominican Republic and their system was down and the day we select was the 23 to 28 but the date who was selected was the 24 the exactly day of his birthday we triting to them acomodated thise nigh and they declined to do it and they just offer a credit for use just we them and those transaction was very expensive have been the worse experience we ever had booking vacations actually have been very frustated because we speak Spanish but understand English and they doesn’t have an Spanish department and the lady who translate she say what she wants they doesn’t care about costumer please don’t make reservation online they lieng to costumer and the website in not secure be careful they just want your money they don’t care and I have noticed some people have had the same problem

Changes in your stay are not possible u less done before 72 hours of your trip so if you plan to change you would have to do it at your expense they will not help even just to change hotels i didn't want to cancel or ask for a refund just wanted something closer to our events but no help from southwest DO NOT book a bundle deal with southwest not worth the hassle

My experience was very similar to Sarah Alling's review dated 10/31/2025. I didn't read the reviews beforehand because I trusted Southwest Airlines and had booked many flights with them in the past. This was my first time booking a vacation package through them. I'm still working on getting the charge refunded to my credit card. Overall, it has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

BEWARE! You will be scammed! I booked my hotel through Southwest Hotels powered by Rocket Travel because the checkout page stated the "Total Due" included fees. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the hotel and was charged an unexpected $428.88 in mandatory fees, including a "Private Guest Club Fee" that I never signed up for or agreed to join. If every guest is required to pay these fees, they should be included in the advertised price or clearly disclosed before payment; not presented as a surprise at check-in. After weeks of emails and phone calls, Rocket Travel admitted part of the charges were incorrect but still refused to refund the full amount. They have since stopped responding to my emails, and customer service either disconnects my calls or says someone will contact me, which never happens. Travelers should be extremely cautious and take screenshots of every step of the booking process before purchasing. I will never book through Rocket Travel again. If you are booking through Southwest please double check they aren’t using Rocket Travel!

We booked a trip & before we left 3 days prior we only wanted to leave a day early. They lied & had excuses & even hung up on us multiple times. The point is Never book southwest vacation packages! We booked a flight with the same airline southwest for an additional 600 bucks to come home when we needed!

I was scammed by Southwest Hotels. Hotel stays completed in 2026 were supposed to qualify for 2026/2027 companion pass. After the stays, they backdated the points to last year when the reservation was made. This is not acceptable and Southwest should be ashamed. I will under no circumstances use them for booking hotels again.

What a let down! This place was rated 4.5 stars.WRONG! I don’t see how. There’s a coffee maker in the room but you have to the pods…$30 for 2. Nickel & diming us at every turn. Nothing, zero is provided. Charge to check in one hour early. This place is a dump & it makes me mad to be taken advantage of. Shame on Southwest, Shame on Caesar’s for being affiliated with this place.

Our disappointment at the Hilton at Resorts World via Southwest Vacation Package (January 1st-7th 2026) The store clerk named Wing inside the (Sundries) Hilton at Resorts World was very confrontational and hostile with me and her behavior was unprofessional, and even more she was very disrespectful and insubordinate to her supervisor Cherie, who told her several times to leave the area because of her erratic behavior, and then clerk Wing replied No! she is not going anywhere. Manager Cherie had to summons another employee to escort her from the area. Manager Cherie did graciously refund me for the drinks I just bought a few moments earlier. I then begin to proceed to the Hilton at Resorts World front desk to explain my dismay for the store clerk Wing’s behavior. And the front desk manager literally told me that she has no control over that situation because the store is not a Hilton at Resorts World store even though it is directly connected to the registration area and representing the Hilton at Resorts World Hotel. The front desk manager said she would let the store manager know of the incident, then I explained to her that I already talked with the store manager and she was not able to control her erratic employee named Wing. So the front desk manager said she would make mention of it to the general manager so I just left. There are no microwaves at all in the entire Hilton at Resorts World for customers to use, so don’t expect to save your expensive meal for later unless you like to eat cold food. There is major confusion for customers about which stores inside the Hilton at Resorts World accepts the beverage credit that is offered. There is a list that is provided at check-in but with the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas it's easy to lose count. So it is incumbent upon you to ask each store you enter because they will charge your food order to your room but the beverage credit will not apply as you might assume. We were made aware that there have been many complaints about this before us and there will be many more after us if the Hilton at Resorts World doesn’t do a better job of informing customers about this issue. The price you see on Southwest Vacations did not include the mandatory resort fee, we had to pay $55.00 Resort Fee Per Day for Hilton at Resorts World. Plus 13.38% ($7.36) Resort Fee Tax Per Day $55.00 + $7.36 = $62.36 Per Day at Check-out Plus $21.00 a day for self parking. So please learn from our mistakes and do your homework. Overall the Hilton at Resorts World was a nice clean place to stay and a good location on the Las Vegas Strip. Southwest Vacation Package airline flights and rent a car went nicely with no problems at all.
