James thank you for your positive feedback. We are sorry to here that anything with the trailer was short of your expectations. If it helps we will gladly have the manufacturer send you out some paint so that you can touch up any areas that you feel need it. We appreciate your business and apologize for any misunderstandings on the cooler giveaway. The cooler was offered for a period of time on qualified purchases. A qualified purchase was adding a certain number of options to your order or spending a certain amount of money. Basically there had to be enough there for us to absorb the cost of the cooler. If you were promised anything that you didn't receive please reach out to us and I assure you we will take care of you. Hopefully you feel that you got a great trailer for a great price.
