Great value for the price. The communication was a little rough at the beginning but they redeemed themselves at the end. They made sure I was satisfied. Time will tell on the quality of the trailer but so far no problems. Would buy from again.

The trailer is well built and what i ordered. However, when i picked up the trailer one tire was missing a lug, and the side door had numerous scratches. it was obvious who installed the door layed it on the cement prior to installation without protection. all in all very happy with the product.

The only difference in what was quoted and what I received was that the trailer quoted had side vents. The quality of the trailer and the price is great. Hope to be doing more business with you soon.

Mr. Benford thank you for your business and your time to share your experience. I want to personally apologize for any misunderstandings with the vents in your trailer. I will look into this immediately to get a better understanding of what happened. We value your opinion and we want to do whatever it takes to assure your complete satisfaction. If we can ever help you with anything or when you are ready to purchase again please let us know because we will definitely make it worth your while. I have spoke to the salesman to get an explanation and want to share with the public exactly what happened. On 12/14 a quote was sent out on an in stock unit we had with side vents. On 12/17 the customer called in wanting to make the purchase for immediate pick up, but the unit that was originally quoted had sold. We located another unit just the same only without the side vents for the customer. A discount was given and an updated quote was sent to the customer without the vents and an agreement was made to purchase. The unit was picked up without any misunderstandings. The customer was just a little disappointed that the original unit quoted was no longer available to meet their immediate needs. We take our customers opinions seriously here and just wanted to let everyone know that there was really nothing that could have been done differently in this situation. Ennis was great to work with. He's highly knowledgeable, and made recommendations that made my decision to buy from him quite easy. Ennis deserves 5 stars for sure! The people at the factory where i picked it up from were quite pleasant and helpful, especially the girl in the office! The reason why my rating is less than it should be is the general quality, or i should say WORKMANSHIP of the finished product. That in my opinion deserves 3 stars. As a business owner, I take pride in the work i do, and it seems that whoever assembled my trailer, was in a hurry. I drove to Georgia from Ohio to pick up my trailer from the factory and was excited to see it completed, but needed to get on the road for my long trip back to Ohio. Looking in my mirrors, I saw the fenders sticking out between the two tires, and thought that they could've been bent down. Upon arriving home, i found a few screws holding the panels on, missing or broken. Most panels were quite distorted from how they were screwed together creating an "oil canned" look. Caulking was gapped and not sealing in some spots, tail light was not secure and needed to be popped back in. Now i know i should've inspected the trailer with more scrutiny so that these things could've been addressed and repaired before I left, but i guess I just assumed that the factory had some kind of inspection/quality control standards. I understand that things happen, and things get missed, but this just seemed like a lot of carelessness. I bent my fenders strait, and will address the other issues. They are minor repairs. Overall I am satisfied with the trailer and its features. It tracks well, the brakes, lighting, electrical all work as expected and the price was exceptional. I saved quite a bit by buying it from Southern Trailer Depot, and would buy from them again. Next time I will inspect it a little better. The way that Ennis handled my order, I'm sure he would've handled my concerns with excellent results! It's worth buying your trailer from these people!

Transactions were good. Ennis very easy to work with and pick up was smooth. Only issues were a back marker light was not securely mounted and had to reattach to work. Side door would not open all the way due to for frame not straight.
