Very easy to deal with!! I made a phone call to get some assistance on exactly what trailer was in stock that had all the features I wanted. Customer service was A+! They helped me decide on exactly which trailer I needed, locked in a price, and made a deposit over the phone. Southern Trailer Depot made the arrangements for me to pick the trailer up at the manufacturer's facility and I paid the remainder of the balance there. The manufacture was also easy to deal as they had the trailer ready to hook up when I got there. I finished up the paperwork and was back out of there in about 30 minutes. Overall excellent experience!! The Trailer was exactly what I wanted and has everything I need!
