Very easy purchase and pickup. Garrett was exceptionally helpful in getting exactly what i needed at a good price. Rock Solid Factory pickup was a busy place but the people there are also very nice and helpful. I'm happy with my purchase!

I recently purchased my Rock Solid 7x16 from Southern Trailer and an very pleased with the experience. Ennis and Garrett were great to deal with and answered all my questions. The delivery driver Matt was very courteous , answered all my questions and was great with coordinating the delivery time with my schedule. The trailer itself seems very well built, it pulls very well, and has no leaks. I purchased it with the Haulstar package and I am very pleased with the final product. Would I buy another Rock Solid from them again? Yes, with no reservations. For the price I don't think you can buy a better trailer or get better service. They truly go the extra mile to make sure that the customer is pleased. I will update this review if needed after I put some more miles on it.

Communication with southern trailer depot was minimal but to the point. They had exactly what I wanted and I was able to pick it up from Rock Solid. The 7x16 trailer seems very well built and was a very good price. Picked it up at Rock Solid and had no issues at all. Was impressed with the process at Rock Solid and how many people from other states were there picking up trees. What’s bad is I thought I drove a long distance to pick up my trailer but in talking to others there they drove much farther. Time will tell but unit seems very well built. Very pleased so far.

Garrett was amazing! Didn't mind all my phone calls to ensure my trailer was ready to go, he had patients and even worked with me on picking up my trailer as I was late due to traffic. If you need a trailer customized, call garrett he is the man!
