Overall satisfied
Overall satisfied, but, the one thing that the sales person was not clear on was where the tie downs in the floor at the fwd end were located (v nose). Was told tie downs were not in the v nose but close to or inline with side door. I wanted 2 additional tie downs in v nose. Well all tie downs are in the v nose next to each other. Surely that should of been questioned. Easy fix for me. Maybe if the website showed where the standard tie downs will be would help.

Alan, We are so thankful for your business and the feedback. We apologize for any misunderstandings with the positioning of the floor D-Rings. If there is anything we can do to help you we will certainly be glad to. We are very pleased that you are satisfied overall, but wish we would have done a little better to earn that extra star. Again, we really appreciate everything and will be here should you ever need us in the future. Thanks, Jeremy Williams -PRES Southern Trailer Depot, LLC
