Had to work on the trailer already ladder had screws missing door latch screw was stripped when they pulled it around it had a flat tire lug nuts where loose glad I brought a lug wrench overall a good trailer.update to my trailer troubles after contacting rocksolid cargo they gave me the materials to fix problems and i really think that they care about there customers and thats hard to find in todays business wourld . thanks jerry. you too mr williams.

Hey William, I sincerely apologize for any trouble you experienced with your unit. As much as we try to make everything perfect all the time, unfortunately it doesn't always work out like that. The problems you had should not be overlooked, but can all be easily taken care of. Screws are around the facility, but we check every tire on every unit before it leaves to try to avoid any future problems. I am sure the tire was changed before you left with the trailer. It is always recommended to check lugs before leaving the facility, then 50 miles, 100 miles, 250 miles & 500 miles to assure proper seating on new lugs and wheels. We will be happy to install a screw in the ladder if it is missing and replace a stripped screw in the door latch if needed. We truly hate that these things happened, but hope that our service and the overall product qualifies for more than 1 star. Please accept our apologies and our offer to help with anything you need. From start to finish the professional staff walked this first time trailer owner through a custom build with ease. The pricing with all the options packages and 5 year warranty beat anything I priced locally. I do suggest to have it shipped, I spent more on fuel, food and lodging than the shipping cost.

When I called Southern Trailer I spoke with Ennis Hester. He was very helpful and patient in explaining all available options and answering any questions. I placed the order for my custom Rock Solid Cargo 7X16TA and much to my surprise, it was completed before the estimated build time and every bit of the quality I had expected. When I picked the trailer up at the Thompson Dr. facility, the staff was very helpful and courteous, even though they were extremely busy. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I've got compliments all ready on this week old trailer! Pulls real nice. Workmanship is good. Guy that helped me hitch up was very helpful! Only thing I would liked to have is a larger radius at the top of the cast aluminum front. That would have helped fuel mileage. Price was real affordable. Lady at front desk, really cordial and pleasant. I wished I could have met my sales rep Garrett McBride,. He made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction.
