Art
would of gotten 5 stars but charged me a service fee for using credit card, which I thought was illegal(?)
Response from Southern Trailer Depot, LLCNov 7, 2019
Art we appreciate your business and your time to share your feedback. We apologize for any misunderstandings about the service charge. We try to be as transparent as possible with no confusion on how we do business. The additional charge was clearly communicated to you prior to your purchase. The terms of your purchase were on your original invoice as it stated - "Any amount of the balance applied to a card of any type over the required initial deposit will be subject to a 3% service charge". We would have gladly accepted other forms of payment at no additional cost. Unfortunately our margins are so low that we cannot afford to take the cost of the processing fees that come with card payments. We feel it is only fair to give you the best price possible with the option to save instead of figuring these fees into the price of our units. Either way you are going to pay the charge with anyone that accepts credit card payments . Please let us know if we can ever help you again with anything. Thanks, Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot, LLC
Dan
There was a miscommunication about the spare tire and its mounting. Also the fenders are rather flimsy; they don't take much of a hit before they buckle and start to come off the trailer. Other than these things the service was good.
Response from Southern Trailer Depot, LLCSep 18, 2019
Dan we really appreciate your business and your time to share your thoughts. We were unaware abd certainly apologize for any misunderstandings on the placement of the spare tire & mount. I am not sure what type of hit your fender has taken, but we'll be happy to help you with a replacement if you need it. As far as I know these type fenders are the standard across the entire enclosed trailer industry. Please let us know if we can do anything to help you. Thanks Again, Jeremy Williams - PRES Southern Trailer Depot, LLC

Hunter
The trailer is nice!!. If you buy the base model you will get a light weight trailer. The extra options, which are many is a great way to build the trailer you really want. I live in South Dakota and it pulled very well all the way home with a new F250 diesel, it ended up being about 1800 miles. We still saved alot of money buy buying this trailer from them and so far we are happy. Ennis was good to work with, he was friendly and timely on everyting. When we picked up the trailer the service was acceptable, expect to be there for at least a hour or more. The repairs we needed were minor, bring a four way lug wrench to tighten the lug nuts, the are serious about that. Anyway, so far so good and we would buy another one from them!!! oh yea, if your tall get the extra height and don't forget to add it to the side door as well, you will be glad you did.
