Southern Charm Inspection Services, LLCReviews of southerncharmhi.com

We were very fortunate to have Will's expertise, experience, and honesty giving us essential info needed to move forward on a property that revealed very little negative on the surface to us. Our received report was incredibly in depth and detailed, with numerous pictures and accompanying remarks and concerns. It was a virtual encyclopedia of useful data of every single piece of info we needed...and some info we didn't even know we needed! We will not hesitate to do business again with the great people at Southern Charm Inspection Services in the very near future for further assistance as our home search continues.

Will was an amazing inspector and overall person. We appreciate his thoughtfulness and thorough inspection skills for our new home! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us we appreciate you!!

Will went above and beyond to ensure that my inspection happen , even after obstacles by the builder . He shifted his schedule around and made it happen. He was nothing but professional and accommodating. He is the essence of what a home inspector should be for his clients . I definitely will recommend and utilize his services in the future.

Will was honest and upfront about the entire process. When he inspected the home he was thorough and went above and beyond the standards. His attention to detail pointed out some details we were not aware of and were able to get fixed prior to closing. We also appreciate the Homebinder he had set up for us free of charge. This will come in very handy.

Southern Charm did a very thorough inspection and was able to accommodate a quick turnaround. I would definitely use them again.

I am a first time home buyer whom was referred to Southern Charm. I was told they where detailed in there inspection and report on the home. I was amazed at the details even the stove vent and ceiling fan globe was checked. Stuff I would not have thought about but are important to make sure are working correctly. It has been a delight going through the process with such a Wonderful Professional that care about the client's well being after the inspection. Southern Charm will forever be my inspection company. God Bless because you have been a Blessing.

Will provided workable, no nonsense advice prior to ever conducting inspection services for us. We've had significant issues with the builder, and we're thankful for his navigating us through some serious construction and legal issues. When you engage him in conversation, he's attentive, responsive and always on point. He tells it like it is. Despite extremely short notice from the builder, he rearranged his schedule for our benefit, and conducted the pre-drywall inspection thoroughly and with excellent response from the builder. We have only completed the pre-drywall phase, and still must use him for our comprehensive final inspection. Regardless, I feel that, after the above mentioned interactions and the way he attends to his business, that I can highly recommend Southern Charm to anyone needing home inspection services.

Will is very professional and experienced in what he does better (Home Inspection). He does take his time to explain any discrepancies that come up during inspection and later provide a detailed report focusing on what need to be repaired. I’ll definitely recommend Will from Southern Charm Home Inspection to anyone who need a serious home inspection before buying their property.
