Southern Charm Inspection Services, LLCReviews of southerncharmhi.com

Great company and Will is awesome to work with. I highly recommend him and his company. They do awesome work.

While he did the inspection I was not there. After it he called me a painted a detailed description of the things that caught his attention and which he thought needed to be repaired. He explained everything very well. I appreciate that he took the time to do a righteous inspection and did not just sign off on the house as being ok. I will definitely recommend him and use his services again .

Exceeded expectations

Will was great! Very easy to work with and he explains things so that you understand it. I would definitely recommend again.

Will was patient,knowledgable and thourough.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Will showed up on time and was courteous to the present tenant. He thoroughly inspected all areas of the house, even repeating an area when photos were not up to his specs. He then walked us through all areas explaining in detail and in understandable wording each finding. I would use Southern Charm again if I ever needed.
