I love southamerica.travel. This website helps take advantage of so many cheap South American destinations. I have family in Ecuador and this website helps me make fun trips to this location. While there I also take advantage and go to other nearby countries like Peru and Brazil. The user interface is also very friendly as it easy very easy to navigate. It is also very reliable as there are dozens of ways to keep in contact or communicate like the live chat section. I expect to be using this website more until I completely finish all the South American destinations.

I used the service last year for a trip to Brazil. At one of the location, no guide showed up, the numbers provided were no good but I was able to get in touch with Rebecca, our travel consultant and she resolved the issue right away and we didn't miss any tour. For the rest of the tours, we were well taken care of. We are traveling to Argentina and Chile this December and our group members have different needs and wants but Rebecca was very patient and flexible with us. She provided us with a very good plan that met our needs.

I worked with Adam Haynie to customize a tour to Santiago, Easter Island, Lima and the Nazca Lines. Adam provided excellent customer service and quickly answered all my emails and questions. He called on the phone to make sure I have timely information and had received the emails. He also graciously worked with me to meet up with another group in Lima at the end of the trip. Service above and beyond! If you are going to South America, I definitely recommend southamerican.travel.

Tye was very helpful, we had done some research but weren't really clear on what we wanted. Tye set up an itinerary for us and with some minor tweaking and some late changes, we appear to have a great holiday planned. Tye worked everything out for us via email and also assisted some our our friends who have decided to come with us.

I can't say enough about Tye Rogerson. He has put together a fabulous itinerary for us and every single detail has been taken care of. Despite my endless emails and phone calls he was immediately responsive, professional and very personable. This is a bucket list about to come true.

Working with Jason has been so nice. I am planning a customized trip for 3 people that live in 3 different states and trying to communicate to all of them and combining all of our wants. Jason, at South America Travel, has been so great. He answers every question I can think of and gets back to me instantly and has planned a great trip for us. I am so excited about all of the activities we have planned and all the destinations we get to see! I can't wait!!

Haven't used a travel agent in years, but figured I needed one because our ideal itinerary was unusual -- short amount of time, covering a lot of territory, on a slightly limited budget, during peak time to visit South America. Well, somehow I stumbled on SouthAmerica.Travel and got an immediate response to my email inquiry. Next thing I know, Christina is in constant, but not aggressive, contact via email & telephone with myself and my cousin. We are all paid up for our airfares and made our deposits on land travel, so we're psyched!!! MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS CHRISTINA!
