I have been working with Tye Robertson for the past couple of months and I would like to commend his professionalism, attention to detail and prompt responses to my travel questions. I have been very happy with his service and would recommend him to my family and friends. I have booked our South America tour with him today and look forward to it come October this year. Thank you for all your help.

Our life time dream is coming true, thanks to South American.Travel. All we had to do was contact this company, present our travel plan and it was all done in one week or less! This plan included destination, cost and dates. Done. Thank you, South American. Travel

Our consultant, Kyle, was amazing in building our vacation. For our first trip to South America, he made to sure to include a little of everything Brazil and Argentina had to offer. He was very helpful in changing some of the activities so that they were more for us than your average traveller. I highly recommended SouthAmerica.Travel for anyone that wants to go to South America - first timers and for those who have been to South America before.

We have just completed a 3 week trip to Chile and Peru, arranged by SouthAmerica.travel and its air subsidiary, Exito. To say the least, it was very disappointing and frequently bordered on disaster. We would NEVER use them again, and strongly discourage others from doing so. The hotels, with one exception were fine. However, the schedule and air arrangements were horrid as were the group tours and we were not offered alternatives nor was there a substantive discussion in that regard. Little effort seemed to have been made by Exito and SouthAmerica.travel towards planning and making arrangements for our trip. If, despite the above you choose to use these groups, VERIFY all issues. Details and prices of elements are essential prior to submitting any payments. Dot all ‘i’s and cross all ‘t’s’ with proper skepticism and scrutiny.

Had a great experience with the work that Tye did and very accomodating agent ,new his knowledge of the area and his helpfulness

So far the booking process has been fabulous. The agent is very prompt with replies at all hours of the day. The itinerary meets our needs and was done with input by myself and the agent. Excellent service so far!!!!!!

It is my opinion that the crucial test in selecting a travel service comes after looking at the quality of presentation and content of the competitors' websites, when the individual with whom you will interact contacts you in response to your inquiry on the selected website. The test is whether the representative seems sincerely interested in understanding your travel interest and preferences. SouthAmerica's Adam Haynie took as much time as was needed to provide guidance and answer questions - by email, as I preferred - and was attentive in suggesting alternatives for our consideration. He honestly shared his opinions on places and activities, which I find of great value in making such travel choices. He patiently worked through plans for our ideas, and provided important advice for restraint when needed, (as where we were adding in a bit too much for the scope of one area of our planned travel), and cheerfully did requested "fine tuning" on the itinerary. He did quite well, and is a credit to your company.

Interacting with Diego was superb , he accommodated all our request and gave responses overnight. He was able to educate us with his rich experience and knowledge of South America for making decisions .
