The arrangements Clara made for our Ecuador adventure (reservations, tours, transfers etc) were flawless. Everything went perfectly! Maria was at the airport as arranged, bearing a sign with our name (and with a huge smile) and then whisked us around Quito with professional efficiency and a great deal of charm. Jorge was prompt, efficient, informative and pleasant taking us from Guyaquil to Salinas and back. Our Napo Wildlife Lodge and Tren Crucero tours were both wonderful, and trouble-free. An all-around great tour. Thank you, Clara!

We traveled to Chile and Argentina in June 2017 on a trip arranged by Charlotte from SouthAmerica.Travel. Charlotte was patient in the planning as we changed our plans repeatedly to get the right fit. During the trip major changes had to be made due to a weather event. Charlotte kept on top of the situation, kept us informed and took care of every detail. She made our trip completely stress free. Even after the trip she helped us with our insurance claim for the alternate arrangements. Her knowledge of South America is invaluable. Charlotte is a gem.

We just booked our private tour in five countries in South America. Christina in the Seattle office been responsive and great throughout the planning process! We are excited!

We did the Santiago - Atacama Desert trip with SA Travel, and could not have been more pleased with the organization and service we received. Tye Rogerson was our "spiritual guide" and he was in a word, terrific. Made every effort to be sure we got what we wanted and were satisfied, through till the end -thorough, quick, and with lots of good suggestions e.g, adding a day in Valparaiso. He was also extremely helpful with regard to getting our flights and insurance done (kudos to Leanne Reuss at Exito Travel and Tom his back up as well). Private guides were great, on time and on the ball, well prepared and informative, and very personable - really cool people! All were keen to show the best side of Chile, which is a wonderful place to visit and go back to - we will definitely go back for the south! Excellent website for doing the research, with details and prices, which were really helpful in our planning. Add to that an extremely responsive, professional staff, and you cannot get any better! We recently had a 10-day trip to Peru, which turned out to be an unforgettable experience. Our agent Clara worked out a perfect plan for us based on our time, goal and budget. She was not pushy and was flexible during multiple changes and modifications of the plan, which made us feel comfortable working with her. The hotels were clean and stylish with excellent breakfast and service. All the guides were on time and made sure we had every thing we needed to enjoy the trip. Our hiking guide Marisol did a wonderful job to make sure every one in our group, fast and slow, enjoyed the hike to Machu Picchu. She was passionate, encouraging and fun. We all had an unforgettable time hiking with her. She is an outstanding guide. This was our first trip to South America. We will come back for more...
