I have had an excellent experience booking the holiday of my dreams through Thomas at SouthAmerica.travel. I couldn’t speak highly enough about the entire process. Thomas has been very helpful and knowledgeable, answering my questions without delay and making my changes when I changed my mind on certain parts-it was a breeze! Very happy and I’m so looking forward to my amazing holiday now!!

Our trip to Peru and Colombia in Nov, 2017 was booked using Charlotte Lebouvier of South America Travel. Charlotte was excellent! I am a detailed person and like to cover all potential possibilities - good and bad. Charlotte had all the patience in the world for me to listen to me, answer in detail my questions, make changes, etc. Then when the airlines changed their schedules on us (3 flights out of 4), Charlotte handled all the changes required for the hotels and tours. Everything went very very smooth. We had a fantastic trip which was in huge part thanks to Charlotte and South America Travel for booking phenomenal guides and great places to stay.
