I’m s home based agent and this was my first time getting help from SOUTH AMERICA JOURNEYS. The agent Martin took all he could in serving the needs of my clients, who in turn booked with S A JOURNEYS, and not other vendors. I’m hoping they will return with lots of pleasant memories and hence it will make our agency book again. Thanks for you help, Martin👍🏽👍🏽

I have just booked a tour with this company and found the experience to be excellent. Communication is prompt and all our requests have been dealt with to a standard exceeding expectations. The itinerary was tweaked to perfection and South America travel have found some great deals for us as well as helping with a great flight itinerary.

We have just returned home from a month long South American holiday which was put together by Charlotte Lebouvier from South American travels. She could not have done a better job. She listened to what our interests were, made recommendations and helped us plan an amazing holiday covering Chile and Argentina. We stayed at smaller boutique hotels, 4 star, which were often in the heart of the action. The highlight for me was hiking in Patagonia and climbing the Moreno Glacier, for my husband the wineries in Mendoza. Charlotte was the best. Thanks again.

I had a great experience working with Izabela. She responded to my emails almost instantly with information! She was available to talk on the phone. She paid attention to my needs/desires and recommended/ booked accordingly. At the day of travel, our flight got delayed to the next day and she was able to completely redesign our internal trips, stays, tours, drivers while we were in the air to BA! Definitely will work with her again for my next South America trip!

SouthAmerica.travel provided excellent recommendations and put together a travel plan that provided variety, a cross section of accommodation and tours enabling us to really experience the Country. Transfers and tours went without a hitch and most of the time as English speakers we were in the minority but always catered for.

When commencing planning a 10 day trip to Chile (Santiago, Atacama and Patagonia), I contacted quite a few tour agencies. While some took a while to respond, Annica responded immediately and was very helpful, informative and consistently responsive. She suggested an itinerary and respectfully reorganized based on our unique requests. While I was initially a little hesitant to work with a Company not based in the country that I was visiting who also had not much of a presence on internet, my fears were quickly allayed. Annica was clear, transparent and assured me that they use local tour operators so that we have would have two levels of contacts at all times. Everything went off without a hitch. Even after we paid in full we wanted to add another tour and Annica was happy to book that for us. Additionally, when one tour was cancelled due to weather, she got us our refund before we even returned home. Annica did a great job coordinating a custom trip (with myself and friends who do not live in the same country) and went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with all the plans and the changes that we made. Thanks to the South America Travel team, especially Annica!

Great experience. SA Travel provided top notch lodging, transportation, guides, and local transportation. Will use again.

Jon is the very knowledgeable travel agent. Jon put our package to gather very well. No issue any where any time. His suggestions to visit the places was very thought out. The trip can considered as a one of the best. I can and would recommend this company and specially Jon, to any person without any reservation
