Charlotte provided excellent service. We decided on a South American holiday 2 weeks before we were due to travel and Charlotte managed to pull it all together for us despite the time crunch. She spent hours on the phone with us to patiently go through the details of what we needed. All the tours she suggested were top notch and run by professionals. The hotels booked were in safe locations and of good quality. There was only 1 hickup throughout the trip where our airport pickup failed to pick us up but that was quickly remedied with a taxi ride which the company paid for. All in all everything was extremely well organised and we had a fantastic trip.

Sinan took care of all the details of our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed the Amazon River cruise on Delfin III and our stay at Muyana Lodge. Sinan customized the tour based on our interests. All the guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was great to have guides meet us at airports. I would highly recommend South America Travel.

Very happy with the arrangements made by the whole team of South America travel for our first trip to Peru and Amazon jungle. All guides where excellent and knowledgeable. All tours were right amount and wonderful. The end to end service right from pick up from Lima airport to drop off was flawless. All hotels were top notch. I would plan another trip to different country of South America with these great travel agency.

South America were uncharted waters for us, until a few months ago. After hours spent on the internet, to try and find a reliable Travel agency that could give us a trip of our lifetime, we chose SouthAmerica.travel. I cannot really speak for other representatives, but I am going to tell you about the man i mentioned in my title for this review. SInce the first day we spoke over the phone, Jon made us feel very comfortable and assured us that we need not worry about the trip as by choosing SouthAmerica.travel, we were in good hands. As cliche as that may sound, but after our trip concluded, we it ended on a copacetic note...thanks to a great itinerary that Jon delivered upon. We would definitely recommend this travel agency if you are unsure of visiting South America. On our trip, we visited Peru and Brazil.

Claudia Corona is amazing! She has rendered her time, expertise and goodwill. She built and rebuilt our itinerary to meet our needs, expectations and all little (and big) whims. Finally, she built such an itinerary that satisfied not only our curiosity about Chile and Argentine, but also our time schedule and budget requirements. I highly recommend this company. I booked our trip based on the reviews and couldnt have been more pleased with the whole process. Every aspect of our trip exceeded our expectations and will use this company again for future trips.
