Fantastic assistance!

My husband and I just returned home from an incredible stay at Tierra Atacama spa and resort in Chile! This is probably the 4th time we booked a vacation with Southamerica.travel and is the only company we would ever use. Our agent there, Clara Tort, is polite, knowledgeable, and answers all questions and concerns we have. She has always managed to come up with great trips, excursions and hotels in any country in South America. I tell her what adventures we are interested in and she always comes up with a plan to fit our desires. She arranges guides and drivers to meet us at every checkpoint and airport and we always feel comfortable and safe! From Machu Pichu to the Galapogoes and to our recent trip to northern Chile I always and will continue to book with South America Travel!

Overall my experience was great. I travelled alone and met a lot of people from Brazil to Peru to Colombia. I booked South America tour solely for Peru and they did a good job except that they didn't include the Sacred valley which was part of itinerary. I think there was a misunderstanding in the booking. But overall it was great experience. Thank you!

They went above & beyond all our expectations. The service was personalized to fit our schedule and needs. Everything was done first class from booking flights, itinerary to our special celebration. We would undoubtedly travel with them again. We visited Peru, Argentina & Brazil - all our guides spoke good English & were very knowledgeable about their country. Our personal company representative went the extra mile.

Incredible. I am so happy I came across Southamericattavel. The agent whom I worked with had every detail planned to the areas in which I wanted to visit in my short period of time. Hotels, activities, transfers and flights went off without a hitch. I planned a trip to Chile on my own without my husband and I am pretty adventurous at 34 years of age. I wanted to include Santiago, Pategonia and Easter Island. Easter Island and pategonia proves to be quite difficult to logistically figure out on my own and Millie with SA travel had all schedules aline . These places don’t fly every day and she knew how to schedule and manipulate my travel agenda in accordance to the areas of interest. I was very impressed with the level of service while on my trip, from the hotels and their extra steps of service and little touches added throughout the individual trips. Truely a stress free adventure. I will use them again and I highly recommend the company to all people looking for a future trip in South America. I felt safe and secure, as if they were always looking out for my best interest.
