SoundstripeReviews of soundstripe.com

I really like soundstripe, I like how they don't have a million restrictions on what platform their music can be posted to. You can’t beat the subscription price. And the quality of music is really really good. What I don’t like about soubdstripe is they say “new tracks every Friday” but they aren’t consistent with that. I’ve seen several weeks go by without any new tracks added. And I’ve seen tracks show up before/after Friday. It would be really nice to have some consistency there because I am always looking for new awesome tracks and it’s frustrating when I go to look and there hasn’t been anything new for a while especially when there is supposed to be new content every Friday. I also feel like they could really use more music. More genres. I look for a specific mood of music, and I don’t get very many results. I feel like they have a lot of one specific genre but not very much of the genre I like and use a lot of, I almost feel like I’m running out of options. For example Bryant Lowry, I use a lot of his music, and I have listened to every song with similar moods and can’t find anything nearly as good as what he creates. It would also be nice to have the “Release Date” added to the details of the music and to have an option to sort by release date. More “sort by” options would be nice. Sometimes I need a song that is a specific duration and to be able to sort by duration, name, release date, etc. these are all things that would make finding music easier. Notes. Having the ability to leave notes on a song would be so nice. That way I could put in the notes if I’ve used the song before, what video I used it in, maybe future plans for a song, etc.

I really hate that some artist leaving from Soundstripe. When I download preview and after client confirm music then can happen that I can't license that music because artist not exist anymore. Be aware for that. Somehow a poor choice of music, at times it seems not pro level

One of the best sound platforms for video projects. I'll don't think I'll ever switch to another brand, just wish I could afford to go with the SFX. The cost for for Monthly/Annually subscription is reasonable. There's 2 Subscription Options: Standard & Premium - you get more with Premium, and is still a reasonable amount to pay, if you can afford it, if not Standard is still great. Licensing each track for each project is easy, there's not much to type; except for the Project Name & then you've got to select the type of track you need for your project. However long or short your video project is, you can select the appropriate track length time (Stems). If you're in a hurry, Soundstripe has got you covered, create your playlist and save the track you like the sound of in your Playlist, they'll still be there waiting for you. Last and not least - There's loads of Musical genres to choose from and loads of musical tracks within them. I usually take my time to select the tracks I'm looking for which take a lot of time, but it's part of the process and I love every minute of it. I hope you join the Soundstripe Family.

Great music and lots of variety

I appreciate content options and styles that support the projects that I work on. I look forward in seeing Soundstripe continue to be affordable and provide more diverse content for film/video projects of all types.

Pros: Mostly good choices for music, tracks are done professionally and stand out. Cons: Somewhat of a limited selection in some genres, especially newer age sounding rock. The site feels biased towards Electronic music and Cinematic.

Great for most genres. But majorly lacking in hip-hop, rap, & trap.

J'apprécie grandement leur service! Musique facile à télécharger et facile de se retrouver. Il manque par contre encore beaucoup de chanson dans le style Latin par exemple, donc ce serait à travailler pour apporter plus de contenue musicaux de tout genre.
