Unique selection of high quality pedals. USPS had a delay in their system but Sound Shoppe NYC followed up with me and was willing to send another pedal due to the delay. Impressive service. Thanks Dave!

This was my first time ordering from the shop. I used the chat to ask about a specific preorder pedal, and my questions were answered very quickly by the friendly staff. They were also able to give me extra helpful info without asking, like shipping times, etc. This is exactly the kind of shopping experience I’d want when buying anything, especially anything guitar related. Will for sure be a returning customer. Thanks again!

I ordered a mid-fi fuzz pedal, buying through sound shoppe for the first time. It arrived earlier than expected, and the fuzz kicks ass. What more could ya want ?
