Excellent customer service. I emailed their general customer service about a ticket upgrade issue I was having, and they were super prompt, professional, and helpful. The event was the next day, so this was super important to me. They were answering emails after hours, often within minutes. Outstanding!

First off let me say, nothing has been going well or right for me this year, it’s been bullshit after bullshit and hasn’t been a good year at all. My show was coming up, received the confirmation email and noticed something was off. I was mistaken and thought I had purchased a M&G package, but was told I had purchased a Ticketless Upgrade, that they unfortunately don’t come with a GA ticket. On top of that, the event was sold out, so I couldn’t even get into see the band. So I snapped and went off on them, however, they were still super kind with their responses and even helped me transfer my order to a location that still had GA tickets left, so I could attend the show. I really appreciate all their help, they didn’t have to, but they did. That shows great customer service, support and deserves a shout out.
