I’ve used sound rinks VIP meet and greets 3 times now and it’s been pretty smooth! But the customer service? Is top notch! They’re fast and super great, fixed my problem in no time, same hour response too!

Customer service was amazing. So quick to respond to my emails and to respond to a mistake that I made. 10/10

I contacted Soundrink due to a pricing error on my receipt for being charged double for the insurance add-on. They were really great at communicating throughout the process while they got it resolved and I was able to get a refund for the duplicate charge. I have bought VIP tickets before through sound rink and I’ve never had any issues at the event or at purchase so this was probably a fluke. After bringing it to their attention they were very kind to help and assist to resolve it.

Had an issue with some concert tickets I recently purchased contacted them and the customer service was excellent with a quick response. They answered any questions I had and they were extremely helpful and courteous.

Customer service is brilliant. I got a email back as soon as possible and they are really nice. They helped with my problem step by step, would recommend!

Quick and helpful support the best

I made an honest mistake when buying tickets (accidentally purchased VIP upgrades instead of show tickets) and reached out for help. They were quick, pleasant and understanding and processed a full refund without any hassle. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how easy they made it. Would definitely consider their VIP options in the future.
