Transaction was great, uneventful, and quick. Delivery was fast. The only issue I have is that one item i order was not available / backordered and I was never told about it until I received the order and notice the item was crossed off on the delivery invoice. I contact CS and was told the item takes 10 days to fabricate and it will automatically be deilvered then.

Expeditious problem free delivery ... freight pricey. Not able to cut product product. Wife won't let me use product due to "unsightlyness" ... my fault.

All is good, except the price to ship was crazy considering the weight of the items ($79 - for less than 10 lbs?)

Shipping was pretty expensive, but that's to be expected given the size of the boxes I guess. The large boxes could have used some more tape or stronger tape, by the time they got here they were in rough shape, but still holding the contents in at least.

I purchased a Soundproof Cow 8 ft x 4ft piece of their thin sound proofing material. I installed it on a outside door facing a street. The noise level went down considerably but not as much as I was expecting. I may have to get an additional piece for the outside of the door as well.

the sound proofing pipe wrap was delivered in a timely fashion and it definitely reduces the noise from the sump pump discharge pipe

material was a little hard to work with when wrapping on larger PCV pipe. However seems to deaden the sound far more than i expected. Planning to get a little more to completely cover the pipe. See if that removes the sound entirely Overall good purchase. And shipping was fast
