My interaction/experience with Soundproof Cow was smooth and easy. I needed to reduce the annoying sound of walking around in an upstair condo for the sake of those who live below us. Specifically, I needed to put something down bewtween the wood subfloor and the engineered flooring I was installing. Soundproof Cow's website was useful but I still wanted to call and make sure I was using the correct material for the job. An actual human, who spoke english, answered the phone. Kellen was the sales rep who assisted me. He answered all my questions and filled my order over the phone. I'm particularly please/proud that Soundproof Cow is Military Veteran owned/operated...not surprised I received a military discount by simply sending a copy of my ID card. Well Done and my thanks to Kellen.

shipping costs are high, but my package came overnight, which is great, but the order implied it was standard shipping. Anxious to "not" hear anything after the plumber connects everything.

The Soundproof team worked hard to get our project out the door. It involved about 25 panels with some customer supplied fabrics. Great coordination and attention to details. End result is a quiet room with lots of color.
