Shipping was fast, site could be a bit easier to understand.
The shipping was super fast. However, it would be helpful to simplify shipping information on the site. We had a lot of trouble understanding the difference between the 3 count product and the single count products and how it impacted shipping costs. Keep making great products! Thanks, Kevin

Insulation arrived promptly
Insulation arrived promptly. Though, 2 boxes were completely opened and left outside in the rain with out any protection. Insulation is completely exposed in the box, with no moisture protection. Luckily caught it the shipment in time to avoid heavy downpour. Product looks great, and hoping to install later today. Thanks y'all. Please consider protecting contents of your boxes, as almost wasted 3 boxes worth of perfectly good insulation (though, I do appreciate having less waste).

Heavy duty rubber with good adhesive…
Heavy duty rubber with good adhesive backing. I used to help sound proof a PVC pipe but unfortunately the pipe was not the source of the noise so could not evaluate the effectiveness as desired.

I truly love this product
I truly love this product. It was used in the above ground basement and bathroom which reside directly under the kitchen and dining room. It made the respected rooms have a dead sound, but I am still hearing walking and kitchen noises. What next, who knows.
