Responsive; I received a response to my online inquiry the next day. Thorough; I had back and forth email dialog with Tyler Defenderfer and he answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Fun; love the name Soundproof cow. Product; although I have not used the product in application yet [sound barrier to mitigate pool pump noise], it looks to be very high quality and will do the trick.

Found your site while researching for sound damping a basement room. The information was clear and helpful. That's when I decided to go ahead and purchase from Soundproof Cow.

Was interested in product and placed an order, all which was very simple to do. Item came super quick, I didn't pay for next day or 2 day service but items came almost next day!! One issue is if Soundproof Cow had a way to estimate the amount of wrap needed for a specific project. Explaining to the customer that for 5 feet of PVC, then enter pipe diameter you would recommend getting X- amount of Soundproof cow wrap.

Easy to order, and fast shipping.

Very helpful service. When I talked with them on the phone they took the time to listen to my application and give a suggestion. Product didn’t end up working for me like I hoped, but I don’t think it’s their fault.
