No instructions were in the box
No instructions were in the box. Being in the trades I could figure it out, but would have been nice. The silver tape portion in my opinion should have been one PC. Pretty hard to stick and pick up, when the insulation PC is also 2 PCs that weren't the same size? Tape side did not stick well to the insulation and needed a heat gun to help soften up.

I thought products were priced…
I thought products were priced equitably given the type of specialty products they are. However, the shipping rates were outrageous! This was a product that I researched and needed for a project, so I didn't have much of a choice. Not sure I'll patronize Soundproof Cow in the future. Felt gouged in the end.

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your experience with us, unfortunately we have absolutely no control over what UPS charges, we do not add any costs onto what is charged for shipping. We can if a customer calls in contact other shipping companies to try to find the best rate, as indicated on our shopping cart page. Shipping took way to long and I believe…
Shipping took way to long and I believe the rate was too high. Purchased late Friday afternoon, item was shipped on a Monday, and received the following Monday. Website advertised fast shipping to the job site, but in my case this was not true. USPS flat rate priority would have cost the same and gotten to me in 3 days.

Incorrect shipping location
The order was incorrectly prepared to a previous location instead of the one on the new order.. I had to call to advise them of this issue.

Soundproof cow review
Difficult to cut. Material falls apart. Weird slices in random places along length of material. Cost of shipping equals cost of material. And it is itchy.

Product didn't soundproof as expected.
I believe the product is good, however, it didn't soundproof the window as well as I anticipated. I did contact company and was told windows were the most diffucult and I should look into soundproof curtains. I purchased this product because it it was supposed to soundproof and didn't want to make another investment.

Great products
Great products , great customer service . However giving only 3 stars , I advise to order early , one time they shipped to wrong address , 2nd time UPS mistake , at the end of a day 3-4delay on my jobsite makes me look bad with Clients . Just order week before u need stuff to be safe , PRODUCTS ARE AWESOME .

Tried to squelch noise of AC compressor …
Tried to squelch noise of AC compressor outside a bedroom wall. It improved somewhat. You should offer more ordering sizes. I wanted 4 of the 2 inch panels but they were only offered in 3 packs. These panels were placed outside so the water resistant feature was important.
