When I requested a discount on the second shipping due to the error the representative was unapologetic about the incorrect information and stated that I should have called to verify any information on the web before placing an order.

So, we paid a bunch of money for something that might have made a very little impact. The door sweeps that are supposed to be mounted on the bottom of the door are total junk! I threw them away and made my own.

The product we received was grey and we ordered off white. Product was quite thin. Applied 3 applications to cover one wall and still had to purchase another product for a 4th application in order to obtain consistent coverage. At over $100 per gallon in cost, in my opinion, one application should have been sufficient.

I chose Egg Shell 144 fabric because it matches the color of my wall, which is a bit on the warm side. But when the panels arrived, since the backing is dark brown, the final color becomes gray, and a bit on the blue side. I ended up buying my own fabric and stapled them over myself. Perhaps you should send samples already attached to the board.

Received product damaged, good customer service replaced it quickly, however the soundproofing product was worthless in stopping any sound.
