I haven't received the product yet.. why are you asking me to review????

Small purchase, less than $100 as a trial to see if we wanted to buy in quantity. Processed our credit card as approved. They then came back saying they needed front and back copies of both my credit card and drivers license. I complained that front and back copies of the card and drivers license reveals too much personal information and subjects me to fraud given that the demand was outside of a secure site. I canceled the order. They said they would post a credit to my credit card account. Have never encountered this business practice. I have no idea if the product is worth buying.

Contacted their customer service for help blocking a couple of vents in my apartment. All I got from R.Y. was sarcasm when I was genuinely looking for some advice. Don't contact them if you want actual help.

I wanted to install soundproofing insulation between the 2nd floor tenet and my apartment. My contractor contacted Soundproof Cow and discussed what the situation called for and if they had a product that would work. He purchased the Quiet Batt 30 that from its description sounded like the exact product we needed to soundproof the ceiling...spent over $1000 for the product and shipping....final result...virtually nothing...a slight muffling, but that was it....certainly far from being soundproof. I called Soundproof Cow and talked to the sales manager. He essentially lectured me on all the variables that one encounters when needing to soundproof a ceiling...said that my contractor probably didn't ask the right questions (I wonder why the person who was advising him didn't ask the right questions so we could have gotten a correct order...if possible.) Asked if we had checked the decibel level before and after the product was installed....everything that he said, told me there was no reimbursement coming...so.....off to the BBB for false advertising. Don't use this business if you want a product that works on your ceilings...and someone who doesn't throw you under the bus if there's a problem and you can't return the product.

Very disappointed! I bought my item to reduce/eliminate sounds from outside. Specifically rain on the tin roof outside my daughter’s window. Didn’t make the first bit of difference.... the rain kept her up and she cries! We had quilts/blankets etc... up to reduce the noise and they did a WAY better job. Will just junk this thing, waste of money! Very disappointed!

Paid about $20 bucks for a small section 2'x4' of 1' insulation which seemed like a fair price. Shipping however was more that twice the price of the product--perhaps closer to three times the products value perhaps and it took longer than one week to receive. Standard Ground UPS was used and the insulation was rolled up into a "normal sized" box. There is no freaking way that shipping for this was nearly $50 but that's what I was charged. Might of well been raped I will not place any more orders with this company!! What a Freaking RIP!! Slow to process the order and Shipping was WAY OVER PRICED.. Look for another source!!

Why would a company sell you a product that they cannot ship without telling you in advance OR not even make it available. I understand California has strict environmental rules but you certainly can program your site so that once a zip code is entered for shipping, YOU KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT SELL THAT PRODUCT TO THAT PERSON, instead of calling them a week later and then having to issue a refund. Use the tools that you have at your disposal!
