Prompt Replies, Good Recommendations
We received a prompt reply to our inquiry, and clear recommendations on what products would meet our needs. The Senior Account Manager took the dimensions of our space, as well as the floor and wall materials, to arrive at what product would best address our problem. We have placed an order and are currently awaiting arrival of that order.

Best customer service hands down
The order process was simple, the customer service was phenomenal, they had a lower priced shipping rate worked out than what the website showed, so they emailed me that it had been corrected and credit applied back to me. Some of the best customer service I have seen.

High Pitch Refrigerator Noise Echo Solved
I called the customer service to ask advice about a high pitch sound problem from my refrigerator. The service person knew exactly what the issue was and recommended echo absorption materials to surround the alcove around the refrigerator. I installed the weekend I received. Problem solved.

Noisy sump pump situation in an…
Noisy sump pump situation in an unheated/unfinished basement right underneath my bedroom. I was able to reduce the noise at least 10,000-fold (several orders of magnitude) using 3 products. I first installed Quiet Batt soundproofing insulation with the steel supports in the ceiling joist bays. Next I stuffed some of the Quiet Batt in the space between ductwork and the joists. Then, I lined the lid of the sump pit cover with Quiet Barrier Specialty Composite sheet. Finally, I wrapped the PVC pipe with Quiet Wrap Pipe Soundproofing roll. At the end, the sounds from the basement are hardly noticeable. The phone service was right on helpful, delivery was super fast, and the products were super easy for a Harriet Homeowner to install herself. thanks so much
