Good day Landon, I truly apologize that your delivery was damaged in transit, did you by chance sign for the package as damaged, if a signature was required? Was the package marked as damaged by UPS? Do you have photos of the interior and exterior water damage that was present when you received the order. We would be more than happy to file a claim with UPS on your behalf. We, unfortunately, have no way to control what happens to a shipment after it leaves our facility via a third party carrier such as UPS. I would like to discuss further your statement that the product was difficult to order, I am not exactly sure what that means. Quiet batt is online and available for purchase. Good day Brian, I truly apologize that you are not completely satisfied with your soundproofing purchase. I see that you made this purchase online without talking to one of Account Managers. While we have no way of knowing how the pipe wrap was installed or the pipe dimensions, 6 rolls of pipe wrap would be sufficient to soundproof roughly 9 feet of a 4" pipe. It has to be wrapped very tightly with no pipe left exposed or sound will escape and the product will not be effective. Our team actually installed this exact product, pipe wrap in one of our employees new homes and there is no issue with sound escaping, it totally eliminated to water noise issue.
