Returning customer, response and communication were excellent. Product worked as advertised, quality was also excellent. Yes, Ibwill be using you for future orders. Shipping by FED-X on my current order is just plain horrible, product shipped on time , has been sitting at some Fed-x location for 7 days , with no information if it will ever arrive, and I payed for expedited shipping. Had a similar experience with an overnight letter to England, made it to England overnight, then lost for 10 days before it was delivered, The charge was $72.00 for poor performance. I suggest you remove FED-X from your shipping option menu!

Great Service

Can only comment on the Purchase/shipping and installation so far. The purchase price is fair but the shipping is as much as the purchase price. The installation was great...but I only did a 4 X 8 wall. The 3" insulation cut relatively easy with a pair of 9" Fiskar Titanium scissors (around $11.00) we have irregular studs (some 24 " and some 17" centers) in this area and we had to do a lot of cutting. It went pretty smoothly. can't comment on the sound proofing yet. Still doing installation.

Amazingly fast friendly and helpful customer service people. My box was delivered to the wrong house and I didn't know where it was, and they were very willing to help me out and make it right. However I did finally find my boxes at my neighbor's house. But the company was very willing to get me my product regardless of what happened with the shipping

Our experience with Soundproof Cow. customer service has been excellent. Kellen was very helpful and responsive to questions concerning what product was right for our purpose. He really took the time to completely understand what we needed to do. Shipping and delivery was prompt and handled very professionally. We just received the product and haven't installed it yet so can't leave a product review at this time- but feel we have the best material for the job.

Easy ordering, quick receipt of product. Using to muffle the noise level of gutter against a residential property, seems to be doing the trick, will add a second layer and around the downspout where it seems to still be a bit noisy.... product was perfect for this application, thin with an adhesive side to attached to the gutter directly. Thank you!
