Customer Service - Even when it doesn't benefit them.
I placed an order I needed to immediately cancel. The team at Soundproof Cow scrambled to ensure my order didn't ship and they refunded my money. This time I was not a customer, but this interaction made me a future one.

In 2006 I purchased an up/down 4-plex built in 1975. It was very noisy downstairs and the tenants did not stay long. I had tried insulating between the floors with no effect. Over the years I was searching for a solution and finally came across Soundproof Cow. In 2019 I purchased HD 3/8" underlayment when I replaced the carpet. It worked but I had to trim the doors because it raised flooring too much. On the next unit I purchased the MD 1/4" and it works just as well. It's like the sound is captured in the unit and can't get out. Yep it is heavy! Yep it cost a lot to ship! But who cares, it Works! It does exactly what it's name says.

Good day Salene,
Thank you very much for the amazing rating and feedback, we truly appreciate it and we are thrilled to hear that you are a happy repeat customer, that means the world to us! You are absolutely correct, it is a very heavy roll of underlayment, works amazingly, and yes, sadly it is expensive to ship, inflation has hit the shipping industry the hardest, and we TRULY appreciate your understanding. We wish we were as big as Amazon and could create our own logistics system, maybe one day :-)
For your next purchase, please be sure to call 866-949-9269, and our team will try multiple carriers to see if we can find you a lower shipping price!
Wishing you and wonderful day, be safe, be well!

This review is for your MLF tape
This review is for your MLF tape. I have to say it worked perfectly! The adhesion level is great! It sticks and stays in place. Still thin enough to shape around mild contours. Currently doing a sound barrier project on my vintage car. Plan to buy a 2nd roll. Great product!
