Arrogant company culture. As a paying customer of theirs of 8 years and a content provider to the site, the least I expect is a reply to my emails. But not once have they replied! Plus people are able to somehow download your music when you disable download. Just a mess. I have built up a list of followers is what has kept me remaining a customer. Maybe it's time to bite the bullet. 🖕

Trash....wouldn't recommend using. Waste of time and money

Yeah you guys F**ked up! Used to be a great app with lots of free music to stream about 6 years ago, no downloads, but that was fine. Now its a shitplace full of adverts and a 20$ monthly subscription if you want to listen to the ton of restricted songs. Milking the cow doesn‘t always help to keep your customers. I‘d rather pay a 20$ one time fee and not be able to listen to the music offline. I will be redownloading my music on soundcloud on apple music, that‘s at least only 6$ a month and way more advanced than soundcloud these days.

My debit card was used without my permission. I haven't got any answer from the company. Bad, very bad customer service. I want to get out from it, asap !

My debit card was used without my permission and called customer service to cancel. They are very rude and hung up in my face. I will never recommend sound cloud. Still havent resolved the issue with my card being charged
