would like to know why you took payment off me and not let me login to my account. as i use soundcloud alot

I would have put no stars but wasnt allowed. I subscribed to soundcloud a year ago but never really used the service. Trying to cancel my next annual subscription was impossible. In my online account it showed no personal details, no subscription details, no notice of when a subscription may be due, how much it may be, or how to cancel it. Although I tried to cancel my subscription, i could find no way of doing it. Customers service or contact details were not on the website. Eventually i found a telephone number on another website for Soundcloud customer services in Germany, only to find when i rang it, to be an automated message that said, .. go to the website to contact customer services this telephone does not deal directly with customers. After more searching I found an email contact for Soundcloud customer services, which after sending them an email, had a reply, "we do not monitor this email, go to customer services on our website!" I can find no customer services on their website!! I tried everything to cancel my subscription but they took another years £90 subscription. Be very wary of soundcloud subscriptions... so far it seems once you are signed up you cant cancel.

Kündigung bei der App unmöglich. Alles kompliziert und nicht übersichtlich. Was die Musik angeht... mit Soundcloud Go kann man fast gar nichts hören. Nie wieder!!!

Unterste Schublade! Kündigung ist beinahe unmöglich . So ein kundenunfreundliches ausgeklügeltes System ,um Kunden möglichst lange an der Kündigung zu hindern ,hab ich selten gesehen. Das grenzt schon fast an Betrug. Unglaublich!

Too much ads on it if not premium

Je suis déçue de cette application. J'ai passé énormément de temps pour trouver comment annuler l'abonnement. Finalement, j'ai supprime mon profil mais j'étais quand même prélevée. J'ai eu du mal également avec la qualité de musique proposée.

November 2020 I receive in my emails from a SoundCloud email address a good offer saying 'Come back for less' £9.99 for three months for existing customers . Click on offer arrive at SoundCloud payment page log in pay £9.99 turns out it's just for one month subscription Email them 2nd November 2020 wait just under a month (I believe they are based in Germany) response received today 16th December 2020 apologies for late response we can see no offer on your account do you wish to cancel ? I'm not going to bother replying wasting another 20 days for another response your just on a merry-go-round and no further helpfulness from an adviser . FALSE advertising avoid there premium service in my opinion. Spend £9.99 elsewhere and get better customer service for your streaming product .
