SoundCloudReviews of soundcloud.com

do not use Soundcloud for Artist / Repost Exchange Services. Because of bad customer service. I sent 10 complaints and have been waiting 3 months for a reply but no reply. This is so bad. I hope no one distributes music via Soundcloud for Artist/Repost Exchange

I have been a NEXT PRO paying subscriber for 2 years. I have been trying to distribute my newest EP through them and the services I paid for but my release keeps getting rejected because of 'errors' yet there are no errors I can see in the release. Everything is correct and it allows me to send but then gets rejected 3 days later. This could be some error in their system but why they get a 1 star review is because I have now emailed and DMed them 7 times over 3 weeks and received no response or attempt to help me. Instead my release date is arriving this week and I have no distribution which is forcing me to make it a bandcamp and youtube only release. They took £90 from me then reduced the service I get for that mid way through then don't actually distibute my release and have zero customer service on any platform. I have demanded a refund but I think it will require a letter from my lawyer before they actually bother to talk to me. Oh 1 more thing, they keep copyrighting my own youtube videos despite multiple times where I have told Repost (company behind Soundcloud) that its me, the artist releasing my own music on youtube. They still deny my claim. Total joke!

Didn't even won't to give 1 star.... wanted free trail then sign up but they took full amount of £60 OUT ... SOUNDCLOULD GO HIS NO GOOD FOR ME... SO LOST THAT MONEY NOW. CAN NOT UPGRADE BECAUSE IT WILL COST ME AGAIN. CAN'T TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT IT BY PHONE OR EMAIL. SO BE CAREFUL. GOT OTHER FREE TRAILS ON MY LAPTOP WORKS BETTER. Waste of space . Taking money for nothing. Need to be shut down. Still same 2 months later no contract from them .

Føles godt og blive scammet for penge "soundcloud" More like "Scamming cloud"

Tried multiple time to create an account with different platforms and constantly get an error message that I’m a spam, complete waste of time.

Finger weg.

I’ve been using soundcloud now for 5 plus years and I still CANNOT give 5 stars that says plenty. ** little things - please put back the REPEAT option at the bottom of the track please. Thank you. Yours truly - the one paying for go pro

Vorsicht! Ganz komischer Laden!
