inhuman support
So.. i deleted my account, but for some reason they still choose to renew my subscription. Paypal didn't care, and so do soundcloud with their auto-generated bot answers on mail. No help to get to get your money back.
I cannot recommend a platform like this, and neither for artists due to lack of royalties collection.

If I could put a zero I would
If I could put a zero I would. I tried to sign up for SoundCloud go+ but I never received the upgrade. I’ve been paying for at least two months on something I haven’t received. When I try to contact support, there is no support. Just a bunch of prompts that are not helpful what so ever.

Soundcloud er ubrugligt
Soundcloud fjerner pludselig omkring halvdelen af mine sange og det er complet umuligt at få dem lagt op igen, har spildt 4 år på at opbygge denne base for min musik.

Very good Platform with some minor issues
In the modern landscape of digital distribution, finding a platform that balances ease of use with professional-grade reach is the holy grail for creators. While SOUNDCLOUD has undoubtedly carved out a space as a top-tier contender, my experience has been a study in contrasts: brilliant performance marred by a few frustrating operational friction points.
First, let’s give credit where it’s due: the platform is exceptionally strong. It functions as a reliable engine for getting work out into the ether, and the infrastructure feels robust. However, even the most polished engines need a manual for when things go wrong. Here is where the experience hits a few speed bumps that, if smoothed out, would make this platform untouchable.
The "Pull the Plug" Problem One of the most glaring omissions is the lack of a "Take It Down" button for distributed releases. In the fast-moving world of creative content, agility is key. If a mistake is made, or if an artist needs to pivot quickly, waiting on a sluggish manual removal process is like trying to turn a cruise ship in a bathtub. Creators need autonomy; the ability to instantly retract a release should be a foundational feature, not a request-based ordeal.
The Value Proposition of "Pro" Then there is the Pro Subscription model. Currently, the "Pro" label feels more like a badge than a toolbox. A premium subscription should feel like an investment that pays dividends, yet the current offering is strangely disconnected from the user’s primary needs. Specifically, the limitation on "likes" and "listen-backs" is baffling. If I am a paying professional, I am likely trying to expand my network and engage with other creators. Restricting my ability to interact with the community feels like a penalty, not a perk. These engagement features should be unlocked—or at the very least, greatly expanded—as part of the Pro package. Why pay for a premium tier only to be tethered by the restrictions of a free account?
The Human Connection (Or Lack Thereof) Perhaps the most critical area for improvement is customer support. In an industry built on human creativity, interacting with a faceless ticketing system can feel incredibly isolating. When an issue arises, creators don’t want to be greeted by a bot or a canned email response three days later. We need a lifeline—a dedicated support email that actually triggers a human conversation, or better yet, a contact phone number for urgent technical hurdles. When technology fails, a real voice or a direct line of communication is the difference between a minor annoyance and a total crisis.
Final Verdict SOUNDCLOUD has the mechanics of a great service, but it needs an injection of user-centric design. By granting us the power to manage our own releases, making "Pro" actually feel premium, and providing a gateway to real human support, the platform could move from being "very good" to truly indispensable. I hope the team is listening—because their users certainly are.
