SoundCloudReviews of soundcloud.com

DO NOT USE THIS DISTRIBUTER! They Stole 4000+ in earnings from me. My song blew up on tiktok in which I emerged a little over 3 million streams. 1 month after my song was live and doing well I recieved a email saying my Soundcloud for Artist account is terminated due to distributing and monetizing copyrighted content. I was very confused because this was my song that I made from scratch including the beats, audio and lyrics! When contacting support they stated that I need to contact the complaint ; I was very confused who would complain that my music containted copyright, as I had the rights to distribute it as this is MY song. After doing some research I found out this person distributed MY track and had the audacity to try and take down my music through reporting to soundcloud and spotify! Even after explaining to them what occured they didn't care, constantly replying with the same generic "You need to message the complaint".I pay 144$ for incompetent staffs and weeks for a reply from support??? STAY AWAY FROM THEM, STICK TO DISTROKID OR CDBABY!

Soundcloud have completely unethical refund / renewal policies. I subscribed last year for a Next pro account. (Year-long subscription). I used it for a month and that's it. When signing up, I saw that what i bought was a year-long subscription, not a forever one. With no notifications sent to me, my subscription renewed today for 90 pounds. There is absolutely nobody to talk to. You only get a chat bot that takes you back to FAQs. I have now cancelled but it's unfair. Why can't i get a refund for a product I am not using and which I'm trying to return on the same date as the renewal. The payment is still pending on my account. But there's no way of contacting Soundcloud. I would stay away from this company.

This is a complicated to swallow review... So a few years back, i uploaded a bunch of songs, which later found out i was cohearsed into writing, thanks right weener facebook for brainwashing me into that... the reason i added facebook is because two of the three accounts i have were inaccessable to delete or remove said accounts. Since facebook was the source of the two accounts, after Trump's victory in 2016, i had a group of anti-trans antagonists group report my profiles... and i no longer had access to soundcloud... i made a third soundcloud to upload my switch of genres (from insane EDM to Classical...) i also messaged them that i wanted a specific song taken down, (which uses derogatory words... like half of them. to the point that it could easily be mass reported and removed. I don't hold those views that facebook forced upon me anymore. (and haven't since 2017.) The reason for this review is because that specific song comes up really early in multiple searches (sometimes first depending on the search engine.) That song does not hold any significance to my music... and have released 49 official albums. However, when i brought this up to them they requested a photo of my id to prove it is me... Okay, i am a trans woman, who has not had her name legally changed... nor did i include any photos of me in any of my soundcloud... and my name is Eris Capeditiea... i am the only Capeditiea in this world. I've wanted that song removed for a few years now. Not because of fear of cancel culture, but from the fact that i don't want to have any association with the word vugarity the song provides. (even though the wording was mainly a prediction of how the trump administration was going down. i think south park even got the idea for Mr. Garrison portraying trump from this. ("White Pre-Village" is the song if you'd like to know... and report it if you want... it is one of the few songs i regret making...) I also am letting soundcloud know about this review.

How is possible to ban and stop my upload when I own my music, my right and I have to prove that I'm real me. Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous They are blocking my music, my own music...produced by me and I own the rights of the song. ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous

Reklamer HELE TIDEN.. 1 min reklame efter 2 sange.. man bliver da vanvittig af jeres ligegyldige reklamer..

Soundcloud for Artists Stole more than 4000$ of My Revenue @ I opened a Soundcloud Artists distributing service account and launched my first music. It soon became a hit in TikTok and in a matter of months I went from 200$ to 1400$, this is when SoundCloud with the knowledge they had to pay me blocked my account, under the pretense of "abnormal streaming activity including botting or fake streams". They didn't notify me that they blocked the account, and charged me an 11$ fee that they usually do a couple of days later, so I didn't notice until a friend of mine pointed out that the song is gone from Spotify. It was gone on the 28th of March 2023. I received a 200$ payment on the 28'th of April, they blocked my account on the day that they had to pay me, and they froze my income which I can now see 1300$, so they are still getting the money from Spotify cause they are a middleman so they are getting thousands for my work. And they terminated me without a clear reason without an email without any sort of info, and after escalating my case they send me a completely generic email without any care to reply anymore with proof or explanation they are pure THIEVES AND SCAMMERS and lord help me I used SoundCloud for years to listen to music, never could have I imagined them being like this, preying in their client's nostalgia. NCNCNC I am not a beginner in music I have other music with other distributors which I choose after I carefully tried and worked with them for years, this is pure horrendous to imagine new artists starting their careers in SOUNDCLOUD their nostalgic place, and getting Wrecked when they steal all your revenue from your new hit song that goes viral in social media. They stole 1300$ This month, and more than 2700 in the next to months because the payment system starts to pay you after 3 months of streaming.

I paid for SoundCloud Artist. For two weeks could not distribute my music because Soundcloud's uploader did not work. They only fixed it when I took out a Paypal dispute. When tracks were eventually distributed, Soundcloud applied separate Spotify profile URLs to each track. When I spotted this and wanted to change them all to the correct URL, there was no option to edit. On the advice of Spotify I asked Soundcloud to fix the metadata issue, but received no response to any of my messages. Even after this, I still have no access to two thirds of the features I had paid for, including promotion on Soundcloud and Communication with Fans. The site is seriously flawed and their support virtually nonexistent. I have sent numerous emails to support but get nowhere. Going to cancel this tomorrow and refund through Paypal. Cannot recommend this "cowboy" service. Will try a more reputable site next.

A FUIR ABSOLUMENT.
