SoundCloudReviews of soundcloud.com

I posted a track and suddenly after 25 minutes it had had 283 "plays"! It's all nonsense (I put another word but it was disallowed), the whole lot of it. UPDATE 20 MINUTES LATER I took down about three tracks with fake plays, put them up again with a message to stop spamming - result - MORE FAKE PLAYS! Soundcloud has loads of people "reposting" your track and then saying how they can get you more plays...if you pay them! The music business is disgusting!

Customer service is non-existent. We paid for top tier and literally cannot use the service. We submit tickets and they simply don’t reply. Their knowledge base has no useful information. Reads more like sales. Shameful. A joke if they weren’t ripping people off.

Null Kundenservice!

Recently I've been having issues with 2 different accounts, in one they reply daily, in the other one once per month! Their customer service is just next level rubbish.

A recent review of my checking account revealed that Soundcloud has been charging me $5.34 monthly for a long time. There is no way to reach anyone and every link and/or phone number sends you to the same lame pages that circle you through the pits of unhelpful hell. The phone number on the bank charge just says: "Your call cannot be completed as the called party is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later ". Then customer service number is a recording that says to go to the website. Everything says to go to the subscriptions page, but when I do, there is NO SUBSCRIPTION to cancel! Yet, they still charge me every month. I don't remember signing up for SoundCloud in the first place and have NEVER used it. Yet, they still charge me every month. They are deliberate ghosts, avoiding any kind of accountability. Yet, they still charge me every month. Thieves.

I paid for a years subscription for pro (£90) and only got to use it for 3 months before they banned my account. They then refused to refund me any money (I asked for a refund for the 9 months I didnt get to use). Ok, whatever... One year later I have been charged another £90 through my bank for soundcloud. I have emailed multiple times to get a refund but I have got no response at all after waiting a week. All I get is an automated response telling me to log into my account and cancel it, obviously if I could do that I would. They should have canceled the subscription when they banned my account, am I going to be charged for this non existent account until the day I die?

Worst ads program I’ve heard in decades; clearly haven’t thought through how their pushy manipulative ness just won’t work!! Suggest they stop trying to beat their customers into submitting to costly upgrades!!! Music is fine; marketing is crap!!
