Disgusting user interface, can’t even find my account info.

Loyal, Next Pro subscriber for artists several years. Very disenchanted with Soundcloud. Poor sketchy, practically non-existent support. Long wait times for responses. No way to check status of support tickets. Searching for real support can best be described as, lost in a maze looking for the right way. Going down many rabbit holes, hope at the end of this one real help awaits. Never happens. Exhausted. Finally give up. Actively looking for Soundcloud alternatives.

j'essaie de faire connaître ma musique sur soundcloud, je n'ai pas beaucoup de like, et pour la deuxième fois j'ai utilisé la version payant next pro censée donner une plus grande visibilité : alors là, c'est clair, mes likes se sont réduits à zéro ! ça sert à quoi ? J'essaie de me servir de mon compte soundcloud pour ouvrir un compte artiste sur spotify, et dès que ce sera fait je résilierais mon abonnement payant.

Worst platform ever !!!!!!! Seriously I cancled my membership 3 month ago , and today they tried to take money from my account again. Whata hell is wrong with you???? So I had to delete my account and contacted their support but still nothing changes. Seriously , they don't care about artist at all , the only thing they care about is money. Use other platforms , much better

1) Datenschutz: Durch die Fehleinschätzung der K.I. bei Musik-Urheberrecht, werden private Daten wie Tel, Adresse und Name an Dritte also angebliche Rechteinhaber gesendet. Das mag in den USA okay sein, allerdings gilt die Weiterleitung von privaten Nutzerdaten in Deutschland als nicht erlaubt. Bei erneuter Kontrolle durch menschlichen Support wird es wiederhergestellt. Der Algorithmus braucht ein Update. Erst wurde der Titel vom Netz genommen, später mit einer Entschuldigung angeblich wiederhergestellt! Angeblich weil es bei einer Suche nach dem Titel ohne Login, die Musik gar nicht erscheint also ist sie nur für mich Sichtbar und als Next-Pro-Nutzer werde ich vera*scht! 2) Der Support braucht bei dringenden Fragen und Belästigung durch Spam-Mail versender auf der Plattform ziemlich lange für Reaktionen. 3) Werbung und Musikvorschlag: Auf Spotify und andere Streaminganbieter hat der zahlende Kunde selbst die Auswahl zu hören oder nicht hören was der nicht möchte. Auf Soundcloud kann der Nutzer nicht bestimmen welche Tracks nicht immer wieder abgespielt zu bekommen. Ist wohl das selbe Prinzip wie bei Amazon music? 4) Takedown:Im FAQ-Bereich oder im Hilfebereich gibt es keine Antwort für Takedown oder mögliche Kosten dafür? 5) Ein Next-Pro Abo ist nicht kombinierbar mit anderen um Geld zu sparen. Es war früher viel besser und sogar mit einer Antwortszeit von 24 Std. für Next-Pro-User. Es nutzt zwar ein Standort in Deutschland aber nichts daran ist noch Deutsch!

On the face of it SoundCloud is a great music platform, until that is you run into an AI issue. If that happens then you're screwed because you will go around in circles and never speak to human or get your issue resolved. Customer care is 0%.

I wonder how many who just wanted to share their heartfelt creations unalived themselves to pay for Soundcloud's algorithmic censorship. We don't use Soundcloud for top 200 pop, we use it to share our music; If I can't do that, I may as well end myself.
