Misleading Account Management, No Appeals Process, and Poor Communication I subscribed to SoundCloud Next Pro in April 2024 with the hopes of growing my music career. By September, they claimed my account was banned and that I no longer had access to SoundCloud for Artists. However, I’m still being charged for Next Pro and can access the account, which contradicts their claims. No explanation or appeals process was provided, and despite repeated inquiries, there has been no clarity on the situation. SoundCloud’s lack of transparency and poor communication have caused unnecessary frustration. Creators deserve better from such a prominent platform.

They are taking down music based on worthless AI detection. I spend several hours making a song just for AI to instantly remove it.

mess of a website. constantly takes music down if others use the same sound effects as you do. no matter if the song you made is older than the other a suggestion of mine. never use music maker jam if you want to make music on soundcloud. app is so free to use that it gets taken down every time. now i lost the only copy of my release thanks to this. in the past when i still made music i would have a track taken down 1 minute later because it had the same sample and sound effect from the software. but never would i have thought that a 5 year old song of mine would be taken down by a 5 month old song that happened to use the same sample. glad i quit using this website.

their next pro plan is a scam, the so called "Opt-in" feature for more plays doesnt even exist, there is no support, you talk to a robot that isnt even useful. Stay away, not worth the money.

❌❌They increase the fee without informing, and they don’t respond to any email, so their reliability must be questioned. I canceled the subscription. I will not pay until they respond. The website continues with those payments, otherwise, tell me how you will cover all your website expenses? I have been using for long years but shame that I can't find anyone to talk. At first they were interested in gathering people, as the members and payments increased they became indifferent. we are NOT stupid as a user. I will not bring my money to feed your website from now on. All is in vain.

I uploaded my music that me and my music people created together as a team. and they turned round and said it was ai im furious so i give them a thumbs down.

En changeant de mobile (iPhone) … j’ai perdu toutes mes playlist et morceaux de ma bibliothèque..(presque 3000 titres au final) Le service client est inexistant et ils ne répondent jamais aux questions posées ; j’ai attendu plus de trois mois avant de me désabonner ! Ils n’ont jamais résolu mon pbe… Je suis passé chez Apple Music et je ne regrette pas.

Works ok until you get a problem and need support. I've written them several times and I've NEVER gotten an answer. They completely and utterly ignore any issues. Not only that, but their site shows different listener numbers depending on where you're looking. and some links on the artist page does not work. I haven't tried to get payment yet, but when you go to the payouts tab you get a "Missing parameter - key=missing sign=missing ts=missing" error message so I'm not hopeful. Avoid this site if you can, and look for another distributor.
